ZMS-DF-TIMS-01 Thermal ionization mass spectrometer

Based on many years of experience in the research and design of magnetic mass spectrometer, combined with the latest technological, we developed a thermal ionization mass spectrometer for high-precision isotope ratio analysis. The instrument has excellent linearity and stability, and can provide reliable test data for many disciplines such as geoscience and nuclear science. The multi-mass ion beam can be received and detected simultaneously by a double quadrupole zoom lens. The high-performance discrete dynode secondary electron multiplier and the newly designed energy retarding lens (RPQ) can further reduce the instrument noise background and improve the instrument abundance sensitivity.

It is mainly used for high-precision isotope analysis of elements in geology,nuclear science and other fields, such as Li, U, Th, Sr, Nd, Pb and so on. 

 

History
ZMS-DF-TIMS-01 is the first thermal ionization mass spectrometer using Magnet-Electric sector double focusing mass analyzer in the world.
Double-focusing mass analyzer overcomes the influence of noise and drift of accelerating high voltage, and can obtain excellent peak shape and long-term stability of peak center.
